Using Kuluka

Terms of Use

These terms keep Kuluka’s role simple and clear.

Effective August 1, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the Kuluka iPhone app and kuluka.app, provided by MN Booth LLC. By using Kuluka, you agree to these terms. If you cannot agree, do not use the app or website.

What Kuluka provides

Kuluka is a free lifestyle app that offers general ideas for small, thoughtful actions. It is provided for personal, noncommercial use. Kuluka is not therapy, counseling, crisis support, medical care, or professional relationship advice, and it does not promise any particular personal or relationship outcome.

Your judgment and safety

You decide whether a prompt is appropriate for your circumstances. Do not follow a prompt that feels unsafe, unwelcome, inaccessible, or inappropriate. Respect consent, privacy, boundaries, and applicable laws. Kuluka is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Your content

Optional notes and history are stored locally on your device. You retain responsibility for content you create, export, or share. Do not use Kuluka to harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate another person’s rights.

Ownership

Kuluka, including its original prompts, product design, branding, website, and software, is owned by MN Booth LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative commercial prompt libraries from Kuluka content.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kuluka. We aim to keep locally stored data usable, but you should export any information you wish to keep. Features may depend on compatible Apple devices and operating-system services.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Kuluka is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MN Booth LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kuluka. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Kuluka in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Because Kuluka is currently free, that amount may be zero. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Minnesota, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kuluka changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use Kuluka after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Contact

A verified contact method for questions about these terms will be published on the Support page before Kuluka is released.
